A variety of Mass Cards for the dead and for the living are available from the Parish Office.

The Diocesan recommended stipend for Mass Cards is set at €10.

This includes the cost of the card.

Details are carefully recorded and Masses associated with Oranmore Parish Mass Cards are conscientiously offered by the retired priests of our diocese. The stipend in full is passed on to them.

 

 

PRE-SIGNED MASS CARDS available in commercial outlets.

Because no sanction has been sought or given and because there is no evidence that individual Masses are offered in association with so-called ‘pre-signed Mass cards’ available in some commercial outlets, the selling and the purchasing of such cards is very strongly discouraged by the Irish Hierarchy.
